Refund policy: No refunds due to appointment cancellation. Refunds will be issued due to circumstances beyond either party's control (e.g., severe weather; power outages). Rescheduling appointments is available up to 24 hours prior to the appointment at no charge by contacting us. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment incurs a 50% charge to the credit card validated when booking.
